Biological Activity

RNA binding protein Lin28 inhibitor (IC50 = 8 μM). Blocks binding of Lin28 to let-7 pre-micro RNA. Inhibits stemness and induces differentiation of murine ESCs. Inhibits growth of tumor cell lines and tumor-sphere formation in vitro. Also bromodomain inhibitor.
