Biological Activity

Potent and irreversible α/β-hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6) inhibitor (IC50 = 44 nM). Exhibits ~230-fold selectivity over fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and lysosomal acid lipase (LAL).
