Biological Activity

Agonist of 5-HT2 receptors. Exhibits a rank order of potency of 5-HT2C >5-HT2B >5-HT2A (pEC50 values are 8.17, 7.96 and 7.11 respectively, in transfected CHO-K1 cells).
