Biological ActivityMenin-MLL interaction inhibitor; binds menin (IC50 = 446 nM). Selectively inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of leukemia cells harboring MLL fusion proteins. Also blocks transformation and induces hematopoietic differentiation of MLL-AF9 transformed bone marrow cells.
