Biological Activity

Selective autotaxin inhibitor (IC50 = 28 nM). Binds and inhibits autotaxin reversibly. Displays no activity against the proteasome, recombinant NPP1 or alkaline phosphatase. Inhibits ATX-mediated cell migration in an A2058 melanoma cell assay.
