Simultaneously acts as a promoter of the induction of long-term potentiation (LTP) and as a suppressor of long-term depression (LTD). Exhibits nootropic, neuroprotective and antinociceptive activity, and enhances learning, memory and cognition in vivo. Brain penetrant.
