Biological ActivityPotent histamine agonist, particularly at H3 receptors (potency relative to histamine is 81, 185, and 270% at H1, H2 and H3 respectively). Also displays agonist properties at H4 receptors to which it binds with moderate affinity (Ki = 23 nM).
