Biological ActivitySelective P2Y6 agonist (EC50 = 0.015 μM at the hP2Y6 receptor). Displays no activity at other P2Y subtypes. Exerts a cytoprotective effect in an in vivo mouse model of hindlimb skeletal muscle ischemia/reperfusion injury.
