Biological ActivityPotent bradykinin receptor agonist. Highly selective for mammalian arterial smooth muscle bradykinin receptors, displaying ~ 50-fold greater potency than bradykinin. Elicits dose-dependent contractile effects in smooth muscle of guinea pig ileum (EC50 = 4.0 nM).
