To access the complete list of compounds in the new Tocriscreen collections please submit your name and email address. We offer the compound lists in three formats: MS Excel file (with and without chemical structures) and a SD file containing chemistry data and a brief target description. All files are compressed zip files.
Target profile for Tocriscreen Collections
The new Tocriscreen collections consist of small molecules providing wide coverage of pharmacological space including over 400 compounds active at GPCRs and 100 kinase inhibitors plus compounds to other drug targets including ion channels, nuclear receptors and transporters. The collections also include compounds targeting biological processes such as apoptosis and cell migration.
