Localisation of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-biphosphate (PIP2) in U87MG cells

Adherent U87MG cells were cultured in chamber slides overnight before fixation and staining with Tocris anti-PIP2 antibody (Cat. No. 2368). The staining was detected with an anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to AlexaFluor488 and the nuclei counterstained with 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI). Fluorescent images were captured on a Leica TCS SP5 confocal microscope.
