of ~ 130 kDa. Also predicted to cross-react with mouse and human homologues. |
Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide ([K]-SSPKYDTLIIRDYTQSSSSL)
corresponding to the C-terminal amino acids 1184-1203 of rat precursor mGlu5
(Accession No. P31424) with a lysine added at the N-terminus of the peptide for
conjugation.
