Biological Activity:

Selective inhibitor of cAMP phosphodiesterase (PDE4) (IC₅₀ = 2.0 μM). Discriminates between two conformational states of PDE4 isoenzymes. See separate isomers (Cat. Nos. 1349 and 1350).
