Specificity and cross reactivity:

Recognises an epitope located within the amino acid residues 296-317 at the hinge region, close to or at the trypsin cleavage site of PKC. Cross-reacts with human, rat and mouse α, β and γ PKC isoforms.

Immunogen:

BALB/c mice were immunised with purified bovine brain protein kinase C (PKC).
