Specificity and cross reactivity:

Recognises mouse NR3B and migrates at a band of ~ 98 kDa. Also predicted to cross-react with rat and human homologues.

Immunogen:

KLH conjugated synthetic peptide ([C]-RRVRRAVVERERRVR) corresponding to amino acids 916-930 of mouse precursor NMDA receptor subunit 3B (Accession No. Q91ZU9) with a cysteine added at the N-terminus of the peptide for conjugation.
