Specificity and cross reactivity:

Recognises rat, mouse and human NR1 splice variants containing the sequence QYHPTDITGPLNLSDPSVSTVV; migrates at a band of ~ 120 kDa.

Immunogen:

KLH conjugated synthetic peptide ([K]-QYHPTDITGPLNLSDPSVSTVV) corresponding to the C-terminus of rat precursor NMDA receptor subunit 1 splice variant isoform D, with a lysine added at the N-terminus of the peptide.
