Biological Activity:

5-HT₇ receptor agonist displaying selectivity over D₂, 5-HT_1A and 5-HT_2A receptors (K_i values are 0.22, 7.3, 52.7 and 326 nM respectively). Induces relaxation of substance P-induced contractions in guinea pig ileum (EC₅₀ = 1.77 μM).
