Biological Activity:

5-HT receptor agonist with high affinity for 5-HT_1Areceptors (pK_d = 7.8) and lower affinity for 5-HT_1B and 5-HT_2C receptors (pK_d values are 5.44 and 6.49 respectively). Possesses anti-hypertensive, anxiolytic and anorectic activity in vivo.
