Immunogen:
BALB/c mice were immunised with synthetic peptide
([C]-RSTLQHPDYLQEYST) corresponding to residues 1250-1264 of the cytoplasmic
domain of c-erb B4 protein (Accession No. Q15303) with a cysteine residue added
to the N-terminus of the immunogen peptide.
