GluR6 / 7, Anti-
Specificity and cross reactivity:
Recognises rat GluR6 and rat GluR7; migrates at a band
of ~ 115 kDa. Also predicted to cross-react with mouse and human homologues.
Immunogen:
KLH conjugated synthetic peptide ([C]-HTFNDRRLPGKETMA)
corresponding to the C-terminus amino acids 894-908 of rat precursor GluR6
(Accession No. P42260). This sequence is 85% identical to rat GluR7. 50 μg of immunogen is provided with the
antibody as a blocking peptide and can also be purchased separately (Cat. No.
