Specificity and cross reactivity:

Recognises rat GluR5 and migrates at a band of ~ 105-110 kDa. Also predicted to cross-react with mouse and human homologues.

Immunogen:

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide (CHQRRTQRKETVA) corresponding to the C-terminus amino acids 937-949 of rat precursor GluR5 (Accession No. P22756).
