Chemical Name: a-Phenyl-N-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-[[[(4-fluoro-3-nitropheny l)amino]thioxomethyl]amino]ethyl]benzeneacetamide

Biological Activity:

Selective inhibitor of ATR and ATM kinases (IC₅₀ ~ 200 nM). Displays no effect on DNA-PK, PIKK, mTOR or other kinases known to phosphorylate p53 (ERK, CK1, CDK2, JNK, PKC, CAK, Chk1, PKR or p38). Reverses senescence in human BJ and HMEC cells.
