More Information »The protein kinase D (PKD) family of serine/threonine protein kinases has three members: PKD1-3. They occupy a unique position in signaling pathways initiated by diacylglycerol and protein kinase C. PKDs are involved in cell survival, migration, differentiation and proliferation.
