More Information »Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) is a non-receptor cytoplasmic enzyme that is primarily expressed in cells of hematopoietic lineage. Syk contains two adjacent SH2 domains that bind to immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) to activate the enzyme.
