More Information »Protein kinase C (PKC) refers to a family of serine/threonine protein kinases grouped by their activation mechanism. Conventional PKCs (cPKC α-, βI- , βII- and γ-) are activated by phosphatidylserine in a calcium dependent manner and can bind diacylglycerol.
