Cat. No. 2867
Alternative Name: D 9998
Chemical Name: N-[2-Amino-6-[[4-fluorophenyl)methyl]amino]-3-pyridinyl]carbamic acid ethyl ester maleate
Biological ActivityNon-opioid analgesic with muscle relaxant properties. Activates KV7 potassium channels, indirectly antagonizes NMDA receptors and modulates GABAA receptors. Exhibits neuroprotective actions in a model of cerebral ischemia in mice and reduces apoptosis and necrosis induced by noxious stimuli.
