Biological Activity
Prodrug. Metabolizes to sulindac sulfide, a cyclooxgenase inhibitor that represses ras signaling, and sulindac sulfone, an antitumor agent, following oral administration in vivo. Widely used anti-inflammatory agent.Certificate of Analysis / Safety Data Sheet
