Biological Activity

P2Y₁₁ antagonist; exhibits 520-fold selectivity for P2Y₁₁ over P2Y₁, P2Y₂, P2Y₄, P2Y₆ and P2Y₁₂ receptors. Displays competitive antagonism against ATPγS (pIC₅₀ values are 6.43 and 7.14 in Ca²⁺ and cAMP assays respectively).
