Biological Activity

Selective positive allosteric modulator of M₄ muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs) (EC₅₀ = 380 nM). Induces 21-fold shift in ACh potency at M₄ receptor. Displays no activity at other mAChR subtypes.
