Biological Activity

Non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist (EC50 values are 13.6 and 17.6 μM for NR1/NR2A and NR1/NR2B subunit combinations respectively). Dissociative anesthetic. S-enantiomer (Cat. No. 4379) also available.
