Biological Activity
Non-selective β-adrenoceptor antagonist with additional α1-adrenoceptor blocking activity. Ki values are 1.61, 1.20 and 68.9 nM for β1-, β2- and α1-adrenoceptors respectively. Also acts as a weak 5-HT2A/2B antagonist. Displays vasodilatory and antihypertensive actions.Technical Data
