Transport Classification
Hazard information for each product is assessed using the RTECS (Registry of Toxic Effect of Chemical Substances) database http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/rtecs/default.html. This information is then interpreted according to the International Transport Association (IATA) regulations.

Setting Up a New Account with Tocris
It is company policy to supply only registered business or institute addresses and for security reasons we require new customers to provide certain company information and trade references. All new customers must fill out an application form available from Customer Services. Once the completed application is approved, your order will be processed and dispatched. We will contact you with details of your account number, which should be quoted when placing future orders.

Return Policy
Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancies as soon as possible. Goods ordered in error will only be accepted for return within 5 days of delivery. Returned products must be unopened, be in good condition, and have been stored correctly. Some items are nonetheless non-returnable. Should you wish to return any item(s), please contact the Customer Service team for prior authorization. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a 25% processing fee.

Sales Restrictions
Sales of certain products may be restricted in certain territories at certain times. This may be a consequence of patent considerations, governmental legislation, or other reason. Please contact your local Tocris office for further information on any product restriction.
